The TuneLink™ Bluetooth Audio Link is a great wireless solution for both iOS and Android devices, that provides a wireless audio link and a media remote control interface between your smartphone/tablet and your home entertainment or audio system.
Thanks to the state-of-the-art technology, the TuneLink delivers crystal clear sound from your device to your entertainment system. It connects to your audio system via a Digital Optical TOSLINK or an analog line-level output and it’s really easy to set up. You simply attach the unit to your audio system and pair it with a Bluetooth device.
The TuneLink Home comes with a universal Infrared remote system and can turn your smartphone into a powerful remote controller. You can control your TV, receiver, media box and other devices, and with over 65,000 remote control codes and the ability to create your own codes and macros, the TuneLink Home makes a great addition to all of you living hi-tech lives. You can link more than one device with the TuneLink, meaning that your whole family (or friends) can use it!
The TuneLink also has a free app (you can download it from the App Store), which means that you can set up and control the TuneLink unit easily, and use features such as auto-reconnect, auto-play and Share modes. The TuneLink creators have announced an app for Android devices, which should become available at Google Play in the near future.
The TuneLink Home Bluetooth Audio Link measures 7.62cm x 3.81cm x 10.16cm and has a Bluetooth range of over 30 metres.
System requirements: Apple’s iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad running on iOS 4.3 or higher. The TuneLink Home will pair with any device that supports the A2DP Bluetooth stereo audio standard including Blackberry, Android, and other devices. Some product features require the app for a complete user experience, but other than that, the unit should work just fine.
