Developer conference held by Apple begins tonight at 19h (10 pm Pacific Time) in San Francisco. The technology giant is expected to show a new version of IOS, beautify its line of Mac and offer a little more information about the Mountain Lion, the next version of OS X due out this summer.
WWDC takes place in San Francisco and will present the iOS6
The software, which powers the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, and even Apple TV, is also home to the App Store, where developers can sell applications. It usually has a big update once a year. Rumour about iOS 6 is the most exciting because Apple might add Siri – at least for iPad users. Other things that might appear are integrating with Facebook, and a handful of minor changes to system applications, like Safari and e-mail, all based on changes in the Mountain Lion.
A new Mac?
Apple may begin a line of brand new laptops, called simply “MacBook “, which will be thinner than the MacBook Pro, but with the same power. The new MacBook laptops will probably have the Retina display of high resolution, same as the on the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S, and the third generation iPad.
Mountain Lion
Mountain Lion brings a handful of features for Mac iOS, including notes and reminders. It also adds a few other things like Twitter and integration of Apple’s Game Centre and services like iMessage. There is also a new security feature called Gatekeeper, designed to repel malware by controlling which applications can or can not be installed. It will follow this more closely, including rumours about the Apple TV and you called iPanel to give complete information.
As for the iPhone 5, it is not very likely to appear during this keynote for developers but be assured that with MyTrendyPhone.co.uk you will always have the best product range of accessories for iPhone 4S and iPad 3 accessories available on the market.
