The mobile accessories industry, not so long ago characterized by the cheap leather mobile case models and low-quality headphones, is now a rather lucrative and booming business.
Mobile accessories – such as a mobile battery, screen protector or a memory card – are estimated to generate up to $35 billion in revenue in 2011, and over $50 billion in 2015, according to the recent ABI Research report. While the most of the iSkin’s customers traditionally come from the United States and Canada, the company has recently seen an increased demand from China and Brazil.
