iPhone SE: The Mini Version of the iPhone 6s Is Here!
The wait is finally over and the smaller iPhone we’ve been hearing rumours about for months is officially out. Along with the iPhone SE, Apple also unveiled a smaller version of the last year’s iPad Pro, and released a couple of software updates. Let’s go over the most important details of the yesterday’s event together, shall we?
Apple’s March 2016 Keynote in Brief
- The Apple TV software – tvOS – receives an update, which offers new options, such as voice search features, Live Photos, and iCloud Photo Libraries.
- The Apple Watch, the best-selling smartwatch in the world, becomes a lot more affordable, gets some new bands, and more colours.
- As of today, you can update your Apple devices to iOS 9.3 (with the Night Shift feature).
- The new iPad Pro offers a 9.7-inch Oxide TFT display, an even faster A9X processor, four speakers, a 12-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel iSight front one, 4K video, and a number of model-specific accessories (a new Lightning adapter, a matching keyboard, and an Apple Pencil). While all the specs do seem interesting at first glance, it remains to be seen whether or not this “mini” model will become popular worldwide in the future.
